1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the TFV Solutions website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

TFV Solutions provides digital marketing, web development, SEO, lead generation, social media management, engineering, and supply & logistics services. The specific terms of service delivery will be outlined in individual service agreements or proposals.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time without prior notice.

3. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily access the materials on TFV Solutions' website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or public display
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software on the website
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notations from the materials
• Transfer the materials to another person or mirror the materials on another server

4. Client Obligations

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information necessary for service delivery
• Make timely payments as per agreed terms
• Provide timely feedback and approvals when required
• Respect intellectual property rights
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

5. Payment Terms

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• Payment is due as specified in individual service agreements
• Late payments may incur interest charges
• We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment
• All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
• Refund policies will be outlined in individual service agreements

6. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise specified in a service agreement:

• All materials created by TFV Solutions remain our property until full payment is received
• Upon full payment, agreed-upon deliverables will be transferred to the client
• TFV Solutions retains the right to use project work for portfolio and promotional purposes
• Clients warrant they have rights to all materials they provide to us

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of service delivery. This obligation continues after termination of services.

8. Limitation of Liability

TFV Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice as specified in individual service agreements. Upon termination, payment for work completed to date will be required.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
